Established in 2010, Action insight Management (AiM) Ltd. are becoming a leading force across UK and Europe, in turning data into Practical Direction for both sales and marketing teams to reduce costs, increase price and promotional effectiveness and hit volume and profit targets!
Based on methods and tools developed internally with Diageo, Scottish & Newcastle and Heineken etc., AiM specialise in driving actionable shopper insights from your EPOS data. Measuring and using the statistical relationships between Brand Equity, Volume and Price, AiM accurately predict 'How Shoppers will react', which allow you to make better informed commercial decisions from strategy through to tactic.
Due to this unique approach, AiM was also a finalist in a 'Most Innovative Business' award in the UK during their first year.
Partners: Since late 2010, AiM have worked in partnership with Scottish Enterprise (Govt) and Edinburgh Napier University to continuously develop their modelling tools, insights and processes;

Commercial Lead
For over twenty years, Graeme has lead sales, marketing and category development teams in a number of international branded FMCG companies such as Diageo and Philip Morris. Previous roles included the development and roll-out of in-depth analytical modelling tools across the UK multiple grocer channel, integrating profit building methodologies across Europe as Commercial Director with Scottish & Newcastle International and rolling out global commercial best practice with Heineken International.
